About the role
This is a senior healthcare data and reporting role at Humana, supporting the Michigan Integrated Long-Term Services and Supports (MI LTSS) program. It suits an experienced healthcare analytics professional comfortable owning dashboards, compliance reporting and performance monitoring for a state Medicaid contract. The role is fully remote within the United States.
What you’ll do
- Build and maintain operational, clinical, quality and compliance dashboards for the MI LTSS program
- Integrate and validate data across care management, quality, claims and regulatory systems
- Produce recurring and ad hoc reports on operational performance and compliance
- Track LTSS performance indicators such as health risk assessments and care plan completion
- Support state audits, readiness reviews and corrective action plans
- Partner with LTSS leadership to flag trends, risks and process-improvement opportunities
- Prepare executive summaries and presentations on program performance
What they’re looking for
- Bachelor's degree in business analytics, healthcare administration, public health, information systems, statistics, computer science or a related field
- 5+ years of healthcare analytics, reporting, managed care, population health or Medicaid experience
- Experience with large, complex healthcare and operational datasets
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including dashboards and data modeling
Nice to have
- Master's degree in healthcare, business, analytics or public health
- Experience with LTSS, HCBS Waiver, Medicaid, D-SNP, FIDE or integrated care programs
- Advanced SQL, SAS, Tableau, Power BI or Qlik experience
- Knowledge of Michigan SNP contract requirements and LTSS operations
