This is a fully remote Lead Engineer role for a hands-on technical leader working from Thailand. You'll own the design and delivery of complex software initiatives while remaining involved in coding, reviews, debugging, and production support. What you’ll do
- Lead technical design and execution for major products and initiatives.
- Design scalable systems across applications, APIs, data, and infrastructure.
- Write code, build prototypes, review pull requests, and debug production issues.
- Make architecture trade-offs across delivery speed, reliability, scale, and maintainability.
- Mentor engineers and provide useful technical feedback.
- Identify technical risks and bottlenecks before they become larger problems.
- Improve development tooling, practices, and automation.
- Monitor systems after release and address production root causes.
