What you’ll do
- Lead engineers working across frontend, backend, and full-stack development.
- Own engineering delivery for major product areas.

- Coach engineers and manage performance.
- Monitor production systems, resolve incidents, and prevent repeat failures.
- Improve engineering processes, tools, and automation.
