About the role
This is a senior individual-contributor analytics role within Agoda's Strategic Partnerships team, based in Bangkok with relocation support provided. It suits an analytics or strategy professional who wants to work across pricing, performance management and cross-functional projects for a travel platform. The role reports to the Associate Director of Strategy & Analytics and requires relocating to Bangkok.
What you’ll do
- Analyze growth opportunities and prioritize investment areas across APAC
- Analyze Strategic Partnerships performance and identify levers to improve it
- Work with cross-functional teams inside and outside Strategic Partnerships to drive initiatives
- Maintain and optimize a performance management system for a team of account managers
- Oversee data infrastructure and manage data tools for decision-making
- Prepare performance updates and recommendations for senior management
- Optimize pricing strategy based on A/B experiments

- 3+ years of experience in consulting, data analytics, strategy, business development, business intelligence, or a related field
- Ability to use analytics and quantitative methods to break down ambiguous problems

- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Nice to have
- Ability to write SQL, or willingness to learn

- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or Mathematics
