This is a senior business analytics role supporting Marketing and Insights teams, based on-site in Mumbai, Maharashtra. What you’ll do
- Build insights and competition intelligence solutions
- Work on connected data solutions and automated reporting
- Link business rationale to insights across marketing, customer, product and finance datasets
- Build and support business evaluation trackers and dashboards to agreed SLAs
- Validate data, trackers and dashboards for quality and accuracy
- Coordinate with divisions and subsidiaries to resolve data discrepancies
- Engage with business teams across corporate, divisions and countries
- Partner with external data vendors on data availability and sanity
What they’re looking for
- Graduate degree in Engineering, Sciences, Statistics, or an MBA
- Experience with third-party syndicated data (Nielsen, Kantar, IRI) and point-of-sales data
- 3-4 years of experience in a Data Insights/Analytics role
- Experience in a client-facing or stakeholder management role
- Working knowledge of the consumer packaged goods industry
- Knowledge of R or Python for data transformation
- Working knowledge of visualization tools like Tableau, DOMO or Data Studio
Nice to have
- Experience building automated insights solutions
- Experience with competition intelligence solutions
- Familiarity with Colgate's internal processes and tools
