What you’ll do
- Facilitate communication with client stakeholders on project status and delivery recommendations
- Elicit, document and manage business requirements from product owners and stakeholders
- Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria and functional specifications in Jira/Confluence
- Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning and stakeholder review sessions
- Conduct gap analyses and workflow mapping to identify process improvements
- Support UAT planning, test script preparation and stakeholder sign-off
- Produce BRDs, process flows, data dictionaries and use case diagrams
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives and governance activities

- Experience eliciting and documenting requirements in a software product environment
- Ability to author user stories, acceptance criteria, BRDs and process documentation to a high standard
- Ability to facilitate agile ceremonies and manage backlog priorities in Jira and Confluence
- Support for UAT planning and execution as liaison between business and QA
- Agile/Scrum methodology knowledge
- Experience with Jira, Confluence and Slack/Teams
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in a software product or professional services environment
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- English proficiency
Nice to have
- Experience in clinical trials, healthcare IT or regulated software environments (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11)
- CBAP or equivalent business analysis certification
- Familiarity with API concepts and ability to review technical specifications
- Experience in a multi-vendor delivery model
