About the role
This is a senior, client-facing product management role at a digital consultancy, working directly with US enterprise clients on their software products. It suits an experienced product leader comfortable operating as the strategic lead of a distributed, cross-border delivery team. The position is fully remote within the United States.
What you’ll do
- Build and design digital strategy with clients, then lead delivery teams to execute it.
- Act as cross-functional product lead across distributed teams in the US, Latin America, India, Canada and Romania.
- Work with engineering leads to manage project progress, resourcing and corrective actions.
- Prioritize and plan release content and timelines.
- Define product vision, goals, values and customer segments.
- Make prioritization trade-offs within product goals.
- Communicate plans, priorities and status to clients and internal management.
- Track KPIs and report on milestones and deliverables.
- Stay current on industry trends in accessibility, usability and emerging technology.
What they’re looking for
- At least 7 years in a customer-facing product leadership role (Senior PM, Lead PM, Director).
- At least 5 years of consulting experience.
- Experience with complex digital products and varied clients.
- Organizational leadership experience, including influencing teams and executives.
- Experience working with global, distributed teams.
- Strong grounding in user research and Agile/Lean practices.
- A collaborative, relationship-building approach with senior stakeholders.
