About the role
This is a consulting role for someone who pairs business analysis with hands-on AI tooling to shape leadership decisions. Tiger Analytics is hiring for its Toronto-based team, with remote-friendly work. The consultant will work directly with business stakeholders to frame decisions, then use GenAI and agentic tools to prototype and validate solutions.
What you’ll do
- Engage stakeholders to understand business objectives, economics and constraints
- Structure ambiguous problems into hypotheses and decision frameworks
- Analyze data to surface patterns and business implications
- Prototype solutions using GenAI, agentic AI and low-code tools
- Coordinate with data scientists, engineers and domain experts as needed
- Translate findings into recommendations and track them to measurable outcomes

- 5-10 years in business analytics, strategy consulting, or a similar decision-oriented function
- Strong stakeholder-facing experience with senior leaders
- Comfort working hands-on with data to find patterns and insights
- Ability to operate in ambiguous, loosely defined problem spaces
- Strong written, verbal and executive communication skills
- Working familiarity with Excel, SQL, BI tools and/or Python
- Hands-on interest in GenAI and AI agent tools
