What you’ll do
- Analyze clients' data management and reporting needs in the insurance industry
- Design, build and deploy data integration and data management functionality
- Create data models supporting analytical applications and reporting
- Collaborate with SAP Fioneer's software development and sales teams
- Assist clients with insurance transformation projects
- Travel to Calgary or Toronto periodically to meet the team

- A university degree or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of professional experience in IT transformation projects
- Initial experience designing data management processes for the insurance sector
- Understanding of technical mapping, interfacing and modeling of FSI products
- Basic experience configuring SAP FDS, SAP BW on HANA, or SAP BW/4HANA
- Proficiency in English, written and oral
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
Nice to have
- Proficiency in data modeling with ABAP dictionary, SQL, SAP HANA or SAP BTP
- Exposure to AI agents and Claude Code
