About the role
This is a senior pharmacovigilance consulting role at ProPharma, focused on Alliance Management services for pharmaceutical and biotech clients, remote-friendly across several European locations. You'll act as a Local Contact Person Responsible for Pharmacovigilance, coordinate LPPV networks, and manage safety and pharmacovigilance agreements. The role suits an experienced pharmacovigilance professional with alliance management background familiar with the UK/EU regulatory landscape.
What you’ll do
- Coordinate and oversee LPPV networks, ensuring regulatory and client compliance
- Set up and perform routine updates of Pharmacovigilance System Master Files and annexes
- Support and maintain Alliance Management processes, identifying process improvements
- Serve as a Local Contact Person Responsible for Pharmacovigilance (LPPV)
- Draft Safety Data Exchange Agreements and Pharmacovigilance Services Agreements
- Draft and review Pharmacovigilance Management Plans
- Support client audits and inspections
What they’re looking for
- Educated to a BSc or higher in a life-sciences or industry-related discipline
- At least 4 years working in Clinical/Post Marketing Pharmacovigilance
- At least 2 years experience in alliance management
- Thorough understanding of the PV/regulatory landscape within the UK/EU
- Excellent attention to detail and quality focus
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects
