About the role
This is a senior leadership role owning enterprise architecture strategy, governance and standards across an organization. It suits an experienced architecture leader who partners with executives to align technology investment with business priorities and manage enterprise risk. The role is based in the United States.
What you’ll do
- Lead development of enterprise architecture strategy, principles, standards and governance
- Guide technology decisions aligned with business objectives, risk tolerance and long-term strategy
- Establish architecture governance processes for scalable decision-making
- Partner with executives on enterprise transformation initiatives
- Facilitate alignment across architecture, engineering, security, data, infrastructure and cloud teams
- Assess technology roadmaps and identify overlaps and gaps
- Develop architecture talent and build communities of practice
What they’re looking for
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience, plus at least three additional years
- Minimum of six years of management experience with direct reports
- Deep technology knowledge to define enterprise architecture strategy, standards and guardrails
- Working knowledge across integration, data, infrastructure, cloud, AI and security architecture
- Excellent verbal and written communication and strong leadership skills
Nice to have
- Experience balancing enterprise guardrails with delivery speed and innovation
- Continuous improvement orientation using metrics and feedback
- Strong virtual presence in remote or hybrid environments

- Compensation range of $126,000 to $191,625
- Potential eligibility for bonuses and commissions
