About the role
This is a senior data strategy and measurement leadership role at Acceleration Partners, fully remote within the US with options across Florida and Texas cities. It suits an experienced measurement or analytics leader who wants to advise enterprise clients on attribution and incrementality while building the agency's internal data capability. The role partners with Client Services, Strategy, Sales, and AI Automation teams and reports into building AP's data and analytics roadmap.
What you’ll do
- Serve as senior advisor on measurement, analytics, and reporting for enterprise clients
- Design measurement frameworks connecting partnership marketing to business outcomes
- Advise clients on attribution, incrementality, and customer lifetime value
- Lead analytical workstreams including programme audits and strategic reviews
- Define and own the company's data and analytics roadmap
- Partner with Strategy and AI teams on automation opportunities
- Increase data literacy across Account Management, Strategy, and Sales teams
- Represent the company externally as a thought leader on measurement and analytics
What they’re looking for
- 8-12+ years of experience in analytics, measurement, marketing science, consulting, or data strategy
- Experience advising enterprise clients and senior stakeholders
- Strong understanding of affiliate, influencer, digital, or performance marketing
- Experience leading teams and developing talent
- Strong understanding of Marketing Mix Modelling, attribution, and incrementality testing
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, CDPs, and BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and AI-enabled analytics
