What you’ll do
- Develop the annual US KOL engagement and congress strategy for the endocrine portfolio.
- Plan and deliver advisory boards, speaker programs, congress activities, and peer-to-peer education.
- Capture and share insights from KOL programs with brand leads.
- Lead, coach, and assess the Thought Leader Liaison team.
- Coordinate execution with cross-functional partners and integrate insights into brand planning.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, schedules, and regulatory compliance.
- Represent company values in leadership decisions.
