About the role
This is a remote, full-time procurement coordination role for someone with 4–6 years of purchasing experience. You’ll keep purchase requests, approvals, vendors, deliveries, and procurement records moving across Vireo Health’s internal teams. The role has more autonomy than an administrator position and may include mentoring junior colleagues, while vendor negotiation remains outside its core remit. Some travel may be required for meetings, vendor visits, or site support.
What you’ll do
- Process requisitions and issue standard purchase orders within expected turnaround times.
- Coordinate purchase-order approvals across departments and entities.
- Connect requesting teams, vendors, and receiving teams.
- Monitor deliveries and resolve delays with relevant parties.
- Coordinate vendor onboarding documentation and approval routing.
- Help resolve invoice, price, and delivery discrepancies.
- Support RFQ and RFP administration and compile vendor responses.
- Maintain spend reports, contract-renewal tracking, logistics schedules, and policy compliance.
