About the role
This is a remote U.S. executive procurement role leading equipment purchasing for Montera's hyperscale data-center development portfolio. It suits a senior infrastructure procurement leader with experience creating scalable programs for large multi-building data center campuses. Reporting to the Chief Delivery Officer, the VP will coordinate internal delivery groups and equipment suppliers across U.S. and selected Canadian markets.
What you’ll do
- Design and run the capital-equipment procurement model
- Coordinate procurement with design, construction, commissioning, operations, and program controls
- Manage executive and vendor relationships
- Drive predictable cost, delivery timing, manufacturing quality, and operational reliability
- Support equipment needs across a planned 1.5 to 2.5 GW IT-capacity program
What they’re looking for
- Bachelor's degree in a related supply chain, engineering, construction, or technical field
- Ten to fifteen years of progressive procurement, manufacturing, or mission-critical infrastructure delivery experience
- Experience leading procurement for hyperscale or multi-building data center campuses
- Understanding of MEP, modular delivery, QA/QC, and commissioning
- Proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore, and cost-management systems
