About the role
This is a remote, full-time entry-level procurement administration role for candidates with up to two years of purchasing or administrative experience. You’ll support Vireo Health’s procure-to-pay operations by maintaining vendor records, processing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and helping reconcile invoices. The role works with senior procurement staff, finance, and internal departments, with a stated path toward a Procurement Coordinator or similar position. Occasional travel of less than 10% may be required.
What you’ll do
- Maintain vendor contacts, tax forms, banking details, and contract records.
- Track open purchase orders and follow up on confirmations, shipments, and delivery dates.
- Compare purchase orders, receipts, and invoices and flag discrepancies.
- Collect vendor-onboarding documents and route them for approval.
- Organize procurement files for retrieval during audits or reviews.
- Answer internal questions about orders, deliveries, and basic vendor matters.
- Assist with recurring spend and vendor-performance reporting.
- Escalate unresolved pricing, vendor, or delivery issues promptly.
