What you’ll do
- Develop hiring strategies for field sales teams across Tier 3, 4 and 5 locations.
- Source candidates through local drives, job portals, social media, digital boards and referrals.
- Partner with state and regional business heads on workforce forecasts.
- Run quarterly and annual appraisal cycles.
- Facilitate goal setting, KRA/KPI alignment and performance reviews.
- Track targets, performance trends, improvement plans and recognition.
- Align incentive schemes with sales performance.
- Manage onboarding, induction, employee relations, grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Lead engagement, retention, exit and attrition processes.
- Drive HR automation, process improvement, policy redesign and HRMS adoption.
- Conduct workforce productivity studies and organizational restructuring projects.
- Coordinate HR audits, compliance checks and CSR or diversity initiatives.

- Two to seven years of core HRBP or talent-acquisition experience.
- MBA or PGDM in Human Resources or an equivalent master's degree.
- Experience with high-volume recruitment for distributed sales teams.
- Knowledge of performance-management systems, HR analytics and labor laws.
- Experience in fintech, BFSI, retail, FMCG, telecom or logistics is relevant.
- Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English and Hindi.
- Willingness to commute daily to the Marol, Andheri East office.
