About the role
This is a junior full-time Business Analyst role in Bengaluru for someone with roughly one to six years of experience in analytics, finance or revenue assurance. You will examine revenue, costs, profitability and operational performance in a logistics environment, then turn the findings into controls, dashboards and recommendations. The work combines SQL, Python, Excel and Power BI with close collaboration across finance, operations and commercial teams.
What you’ll do
- Analyze revenue, costs, P&L results and operational performance.
- Find billing errors, pricing deviations, leakage and missed-revenue opportunities.
- Compare actual, budget and forecast results and explain the main drivers.
- Build KPI dashboards, MIS reports and management reporting.
- Extract and transform data from business and operational systems.
- Create checks and exception reports for revenue-assurance controls.
- Perform root-cause, trend, forecasting, scenario and what-if analysis.
- Present financial and operational recommendations to senior stakeholders.

- Background in financial modeling, forecasting or process improvement.
