TNT Growth is hiring an Operations Associate to join its remote-first performance marketing agency on a contract-to-hire basis, open to candidates in the US, Canada, and Western Europe. The role suits experienced operations professionals who can manage finance tracking, people operations, and cross-functional coordination for a small, growing team.
What you’ll do
- Review incoming contractor invoices against financial forecasts and flag discrepancies
- Maintain the cost tracker and verify invoice numbers and billing status
- Manage the master list of software subscriptions, catching orphaned tools and duplicate charges
- Monitor Slack approval workflows for headcount and software purchase requests
- Prepare agendas and track action items for weekly executive meetings
- Support the company's EOS implementation by keeping scorecard data updated and rocks tracked
- Track contract signature status and flag renewals for Client Success and Sales
- Guide headcount requests from business case review through budget approval
- Coordinate offboarding checklists and payroll setup across Gusto and other platforms
- Own time tracking data cleanup and submission across teams
- Provide oversight and support for ClickUp project management across the organization
- Monitor AI tool usage and associated costs company-wide
