- Support end-to-end design and evolution of Provider Operations workflows
- Define and standardize how work gets done across the Provider Growth organization
- Define and lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives
- Partner across Sales, RevOps, Product and Marketing on tooling improvements
- Drive a culture of operational excellence through standardized documentation
- Identify systemic inefficiencies and design solutions across people, process and technology

- 4+ years of experience using analytics to solve complex business or operational problems
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a quantitative field
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with structured thinking
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Sheets, SQL and BI tools
- Strong experience gathering requirements and partnering cross-functionally
- Proven ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives
