About the role

What you’ll do
- Reconcile bank, Nostro, ATM, debit-card and office accounts.
- Coordinate with internal teams to keep transaction processing smooth.
- Apply regulatory and internal compliance requirements.
- Process customer requests within target turnaround times.
- Maintain quality and control over transaction processing.
- Interpret customer data for early delinquency indicators.
- Prepare MIS reports.
