About the role
This is a Chief Operating Officer role leading multi-site manufacturing operations for a sustainable materials company in Hyderabad. You will oversee manufacturing performance, operational expansion, governance, sustainability, and the operations P&L while working with the Managing Director, Board, and leadership team. What you’ll do
- Lead manufacturing operations across multiple facilities.
- Own performance, productivity, quality, safety, and cost outcomes.
- Improve asset utilization, throughput, yield, waste, and operating costs.
- Establish operating standards, governance, and audit-ready systems.
- Oversee manufacturing, engineering, maintenance, utilities, quality, warehousing, logistics, and inventory.
- Lead Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and continuous-improvement programs.
- Prepare operations for capacity expansion and multi-site growth.
- Lead circularity, energy, resource-efficiency, and responsible-sourcing initiatives.
- Manage the operations P&L and growth objectives.
