What you’ll do
- Monitor incoming safety reports from multiple sources
- Perform case creation, data entry, medical coding and case narrative preparation
- Support regulatory compliance by processing, documenting and tracking safety cases
- Prepare and support submission of Individual Case Safety Reports and periodic reports
- Conduct literature searches to identify potential safety information
- Support affiliate services including translation and data reconciliation
- Maintain accurate project documentation across relevant systems
- Research country-specific safety reporting requirements
What they’re looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Health Sciences, Pharmacy or a related discipline, or equivalent education and experience
- Foundational knowledge of pharmacovigilance processes and drug safety regulations
- 3+ years of drug safety experience preferred
- At least 2 years of post-marketing safety experience
- Experience across multiple therapeutic areas
- Experience with pharmacovigilance systems, safety databases and Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail, organization and analytical thinking
