What you’ll do
- Plan and deliver enterprise application and software-development initiatives through deployment
- Maintain schedules, scope, decisions, risks, issues, dependencies, and project records
- Track milestones, deliverables, budgets where applicable, and overall project health
- Lead project meetings and follow up on assigned actions
- Coordinate planning, development, testing, release, and post-production work
- Facilitate relevant agile ceremonies
- Coordinate UAT, implementation planning, and post-implementation follow-up
- Maintain project information and documentation repositories

- A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent practical experience
- Three to five years managing technology projects involving software, enterprise applications, or systems integration
- Experience leading application-development teams through the SDLC
- Experience managing scope, schedules, risks, dependencies, stakeholder communication, and applicable budgets
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid delivery
- Strong organisation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
- Microsoft 365 proficiency
Nice to have
- Enterprise application, ERP, API, cloud, or systems-integration delivery experience
- Freshservice, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platform experience
- Release coordination, UAT, change management, or process-improvement experience
- PMP, CSM, PSM, or equivalent Agile certification
