About the role
This is a project management role coordinating pharmacovigilance project delivery for pharma clients. PrimeVigilance (part of Ergomed), through its Prudentia unit, is hiring in Noida, India for a hybrid role. The manager oversees scope, schedule, budget and client relations across clusters of related safety projects.
What you’ll do
- Coordinate PMO activities and manage project scope, schedule and costs
- Maintain client relations and act as a secondary client contact
- Oversee task delivery, milestones and risk/issue tracking
- Report status to customers and manage changes to project scope
- Perform financial analysis and oversee Quality Management System activities
- Coordinate inter-project dependencies and consolidate reporting across streams

- Bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical sciences, healthcare management, IT or related field
- Ability to lead and motivate teams, with mentoring and coaching skills
- Advanced resource allocation and conflict resolution skills
- Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently under pressure with minimal supervision
