About the role
This is an onsite Associate Project Manager role supporting office move, add, and change projects across five corporate buildings in New York City. You will coordinate workplace moves, equipment and furniture changes, vendors, budgets, schedules, and project records. The role is based from a central NYC location, requires travel among client sites, and may include weekend or after-hours work.
What you’ll do
- Plan and deliver move, add, and change work orders and larger workplace projects.
- Manage scope, schedules, budgets, procurement, quality, and project risks.
- Source vendors, obtain quotes and purchase orders, oversee installations, and review invoices.
- Work with end users and project requestors to define requirements.
- Assist occupancy managers with data collection and floor-plan accuracy.
- Track progress, report variances, and develop actions to protect project goals.
- Manage change requests, documentation, and project communications.

- A bachelor's degree is preferred, with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in move management, FF&E, or occupancy planning is strongly preferred.
- Strong Excel experience and proficiency with Word and Outlook.
- Ability to work from an onsite NYC location and travel among city facilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and an inquisitive approach.
- Current U.S. work authorization without present or future visa sponsorship.
Nice to have
- Desktop technology and network endpoint troubleshooting experience.
- Microsoft Project knowledge.
