What you’ll do
- Lead the day-to-day activities of a team of Technical Project Managers
- Manage the full lifecycle of SaaS implementation projects
- Define project scope, requirements, timelines, and deliverables
- Drive alignment across customers, developers, business leads, and QA
- Maintain project tasks and documentation using Wrike or similar tools
- Lead project meetings with customers and internal teams
- Act as the communication bridge between technical teams and clients
- Coordinate software testing, QA milestones, and customer validation
- Provide weekly project reporting to leadership
- Mentor project and cross-functional team members

- Strong understanding of software testing and QA processes
- Excellent stakeholder and customer management skills
