About the role
This full-time remote US role is for an early-career commercial real estate project professional who can support project delivery and manage smaller assignments with oversight. You’ll maintain project records, track budgets and schedules, coordinate stakeholders, and support healthcare clients’ space-exit requirements. The role is with Turner & Townsend’s project management team.
What you’ll do
- Support planning, design, construction, occupancy, closeout, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, quality, and risk-management work.
- Maintain accurate and coordinated project records and reports.
- Track project status against approved budgets, goals, and schedules.
- Identify variances and help create corrective action plans.
- Coordinate healthcare client space-exit work across business functions.
- Manage smaller assigned projects with senior oversight.
- Track third-party delivery resources and support accountability.

- Two to five years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to read and understand architectural drawings.
- Interpersonal skills, analytical judgment, and clear stakeholder communication.

- AEC, construction project management, owner’s representative, or commercial-project experience.
- Knowledge of leases, contracts, and construction practices.
