What you’ll do
- Develop event-driven, asynchronous and distributed system integrations.
- Design and build scalable Python-based APIs and integration services.
- Define data ownership and conflict-resolution rules across systems.
- Design and review REST APIs, webhooks, event-processing services and Snowflake components.
- Implement idempotency, retry, timeout, dead-letter and replay mechanisms.
- Build monitoring, logging, alerting and reconciliation controls.
- Mentor junior engineers through design, development and deployment.
- Lead technical discussions with clients on architecture decisions and trade-offs.

- Typically 8+ years of software, backend or integration engineering experience.
- 3-5 years designing or leading event-driven and API-based enterprise integrations.
- Experience as a Technical Lead, Integration Lead, Senior Backend Engineer or Solution Architect.
- Hands-on Python, SQL and REST API experience.
- Experience with Snowflake, Salesforce or other enterprise integrations.
- AWS experience including API Gateway, Lambda, SQS, DynamoDB, CloudWatch and IAM.
- Experience with pytest and automated testing frameworks.
