About the role
This is a full-time permanent HR Manager role covering Chengalpattu and Chennai for a human resources professional with 5 to 10 years of experience. You will monitor workforce availability, attendance, payroll, employee relations, training, documentation and contract-labour compliance in an automotive manufacturing environment.
What you’ll do
- Track manpower availability and recruitment turnaround.
- Monitor absenteeism and employee attrition.
- Maintain payroll and attendance accuracy.
- Resolve employee grievances.
- Track training completion and employee documentation.
- Monitor contract-labour compliance and engagement.

- Five to ten years of experience.
- A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or a related discipline.
- Experience in automobile, auto-component or manufacturing industries.
- Experience handling shop-floor employees.
- Knowledge of recruitment, payroll, employee relations, statutory compliance and HR documentation.

- MBA or PGDM in HR or industrial relations.
