What you’ll do
- Manage technology risk and control documentation aligned to enterprise risk standards
- Manage control inventory updates, mapping, evidence collection and testing support
- Document control procedures, process flows, risks and dependencies
- Track control health indicators and escalate gaps or delays
- Manage audit, regulatory and risk remediation activities including issue intake and action tracking
- Coordinate with technology, Compliance, Risk and Internal Audit teams
- Lead root cause analysis and issue closure activities
- Manage technical currency and sustainability remediation initiatives
- Manage program financial routines including budget tracking and variance commentary
- Prepare reporting materials and dashboards for management review
What they’re looking for
- Undergraduate degree or technical/professional certification, or equivalent experience
- 5-7 years of experience in technology, risk management, controls, audit support, compliance, business analysis, project coordination or financial services operations
- Working knowledge of technology risk management, control documentation, issue tracking or regulatory remediation
- Familiarity with SDLC concepts and technology delivery governance
- Strong organizational skills managing multiple tasks and stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to analyze information and identify inconsistencies
Nice to have
- Experience in banking, financial services, compliance technology or regulatory-driven environments
- Exposure to audit, regulatory examinations, issue management or control testing
- Familiarity with Agile delivery practices
- Understanding of technical debt, data quality and access controls
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence or SharePoint
What’s on offer
- Pay range of $96,900 - $136,800 CAD
- Discretionary variable compensation award
- 37.5 hours per week
