About the role
Rising Edge Group is seeking an onsite HR operations and talent development manager in Calgary. This newly created leadership position suits an experienced people-program leader who can build scalable processes, systems, analytics, and development programs. Reporting to the Vice President of Corporate Services, the manager will connect workforce initiatives to business growth across the organization.
What you’ll do
- Lead delivery and improvement of core HR services and employee communications.
- Create leadership-development, succession, and high-potential talent programs.
- Improve Canadian apprenticeship administration and related processes.
- Partner with IT and HR stakeholders on integrated people systems.
- Develop workforce dashboards, reporting frameworks, and people analytics.
- Facilitate organizational-development and change initiatives with leaders.

- Have a bachelor's degree in HR, organizational development, business, psychology, or a related discipline.
- Bring at least seven years of progressive HR, talent management, HR systems, or related experience.
- Have at least five years of experience leading, coaching, and mentoring staff.
- Have experience building leadership and talent-development programs.
- Be able to lead change, complex programs, and cross-functional stakeholder work.
- Have experience with HR technology, workforce analytics, and reporting tools.
