This is an onsite business analyst role in Bengaluru focused on profit-and-loss management, cost analysis, and financial performance reporting. What you’ll do
- Analyze monthly revenue, costs, manpower expenses, overheads, and profitability.
- Perform actual-versus-budget and actual-versus-forecast variance analysis.
- Prepare P&L reports, management reports, MIS, and dashboards.
- Track contribution margin, operating expenses, profitability trends, and business KPIs.
- Identify cost drivers and productivity or cost-reduction opportunities.
- Support workforce planning through headcount, utilization, and employee-cost analysis.
- Build budgets, forecasts, financial models, and scenario analyses.
- Create Power BI or Tableau dashboards.
- Automate recurring reports and improve reporting accuracy.
- Partner with Finance, Operations, HR, and Business teams on ad hoc analysis and business cases.
