About the role
This is an on-site artificial intelligence and machine learning engineering role in Bengaluru for someone with 1 to 6 years of relevant experience. What you’ll do
- Develop AI, machine learning, and data science solutions for operational problems.
- Analyze structured and unstructured data with Python and SQL.
- Build pipelines, models, dashboards, reports, and automation for business decisions.
- Create predictive solutions for demand, capacity, inventory, delivery, manpower, and network performance.
- Integrate AI and analytics into applications through APIs, backend services, or interfaces.
- Prepare MIS reports, management analyses, dashboards, and presentations.
- Perform exploratory analysis and identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities.
- Work with business, operations, finance, supply chain, and technology stakeholders.
- Assess model performance and improve analytical solutions.
- Document models, methods, processes, and findings.
- Prototype solutions using emerging AI technologies.

- At least 1 year of experience in AI/ML, data science, analytics, software development, or AI engineering.
- Strong Python programming and data-analysis ability.
- Strong SQL knowledge, including joins, aggregations, CTEs, subqueries, and data manipulation.
- Practical understanding of AI/ML and data science concepts.
- Experience using AI or generative AI tools for analysis, automation, research, or coding.
- Strong Excel skills for analysis and reporting.
- Knowledge of data cleaning, transformation, visualization, and exploratory analysis.
- A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant technical discipline.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to business stakeholders and present actionable insights.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods are preferred.
Nice to have
- FastAPI, Flask, Django, Node.js, React, Angular, REST APIs, or backend application development.
- Power BI, Tableau, Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, Git, cloud platforms, Docker, forecasting, optimization, or operations research.
- Experience in supply chain, logistics, quick commerce, e-commerce, transportation, or network planning.
- Exposure to LLMs, prompt engineering, AI agents, RAG, NLP, recommendation systems, or model deployment.
