About the role
This is a senior business management analyst role at RBC, supporting Group Risk Management (GRM) operations in Toronto. What you’ll do
- Support Business Management Office Operations including facilities and asset management
- Serve as first point of contact for GRM Business Management inquiries
- Support investigation and resolution of escalations
- Support audits of internal controls related to managed policies
- Act as point of contact for day-to-day premise operations and technology troubleshooting
- Extract, consolidate and validate multiple data sources for reporting
- Develop, analyze and reconcile management reports including occupancy and return-to-premise data
- Drive AI adoption and implementation across GRM Business Management
- Support real estate-related projects and GRM business management initiatives

- Financial acumen with performance management reporting and data analysis experience
- Comfort with AI adoption and integration, and learning new tools
- Expert Microsoft Office skills, especially advanced Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong problem-solving and process-improvement mindset
- Adaptability and ability to work with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication and collaboration skills
Nice to have
- Accounting designation and experience with MIS and IT financials
- Real estate initiatives and asset management experience
- Change management and Tableau reporting experience
