About the role
This is a full-time Revit Administrator role in Gurugram for a mid-career BIM professional with 4 to 8 years of experience. You will administer Revit environments, coordinate multidisciplinary models and support IFC-based digital delivery for engineering and construction projects.
What you’ll do
- Administer Revit projects, models, templates, families, worksets and standards.
- Coordinate IFC exchanges between consultants and software platforms.
- Define BIM naming conventions, model structures and project protocols.
- Federate architectural, structural, MEP, electrical, HVAC and data center models.
- Perform model health checks, clash reviews and issue tracking.
- Review geometry, data quality, coordinates, levels, grids and model integrity.
- Manage Revit links, shared coordinates, worksharing and central models.
- Support IFC imports, exports and validation.
- Maintain BIM documentation, model registers, revision histories and coordination records.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors and vendors.
- Support BIM Execution Plans and project-specific standards.
- Validate models and data for digital handover.
What they’re looking for
- Four to eight years of relevant experience.
- Hands-on Autodesk Revit and BIM coordination experience.
- Understanding of IFC and BIM interoperability.
- Experience with linked models, worksets and shared coordinates.
- Knowledge of model federation, clash detection and BIM quality assurance.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- A degree in mechanical, civil or electrical engineering, or architecture.
Nice to have
- Experience with data center, mission-critical or industrial projects.
- Knowledge of Navisworks, Solibri, BIMcollab or Autodesk Construction Cloud.
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary MEP and engineering consultants.
- Relevant BIM or Revit certification.
