About the role
This is a part-time administrative and outreach role for Queen's High-Performance Computing club, open to applicants across Canada. You will support the student club's communications, sponsorship outreach, finances, events and operating processes while working with its executive team. The role suits an organized communicator interested in technology, business development, finance and high-performance computing.
What you’ll do
- Manage shared email communications and follow up with members.
- Identify sponsors and collaborators and maintain external relationships.
- Track the club budget, revenue, expenses, payments, reimbursements and records.
- Coordinate bookings, purchases, materials and administration for events.
- Document repeatable processes for future executive teams.
- Attend weekly executive meetings and help plan member meetings and workshops.
