About the role
This is a pre-sales Solutions Consultant role at Qualio, a quality and compliance software vendor, aimed at someone with hands-on life sciences industry experience. You'll work remotely anywhere in North America, running product demos and discovery sessions for prospective and existing biopharma, medtech and diagnostics customers. The job blends subject-matter credibility in GxP and regulatory compliance with sales support, coaching internal Sales and Customer Success teams along the way.
What you’ll do
- Run tailored product demonstrations and discovery sessions for prospects and customers
- Translate customer workflows into how Qualio's platform can change how they operate
- Train and coach Sales and Customer Success colleagues on the industry and product
- Partner with Account Executives and CSMs during deal cycles and reviews
- Feed customer feedback on gaps and feature requests back to Product and Engineering
- Contribute to RFP/RFI responses as a subject-matter expert
What they’re looking for
- 3+ years in SaaS/AI pre-sales or Quality Management within life sciences, or in a role directly supporting life sciences clients
- Solid grounding in GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, 21 CFR Part 820, CSA, ISO 9001 and/or ISO 13485
- Hands-on familiarity with AI tools or AI-embedded products
- Ability to present complex regulatory and technical concepts clearly to any audience, including C-suite
- Comfort managing multiple projects and stakeholders concurrently
