What you’ll do
- Lead thought leadership in master data management, data modeling, governance and metadata management
- Facilitate enterprise information and data strategy development
- Create and maintain architecture blueprints, roadmaps and executive presentations
- Promote elimination of data redundancy and unnecessary data movement
- Develop information policies, standards and governance processes
- Guide and direct Data Architects on data architecture and governance
- Lead Data Architecture community of practice meetings
What they’re looking for
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related area, or equivalent experience
- 10 years of related work experience in business analysis, systems design or architecture
- 5 years direct experience in an Architect role
- Experience defining and standardizing design and architecture patterns
- Experience with data modeling, lineage, quality and metadata management tools
- Previous experience with SAFe Agile Framework
Nice to have
- Experience with industry data models such as HL7, FHIR or NCPDP
- Experience with relational, document, message and business event data stores
- Experience with regulatory compliance requirements (HIPAA, PCI)
- Previous PBM or healthcare industry experience
- Formal Enterprise Architecture training and certification
