What you’ll do
- Lead daily operations and support for enterprise data, analytics, reporting and integration platforms
- Establish and monitor operational metrics, SLAs, KPIs and service health dashboards
- Manage incident response, problem management and root cause analysis
- Oversee platform upgrades, patching and release management
- Manage demand intake, work prioritization and resource allocation
- Lead and develop a team of engineers, administrators and support staff
- Build partnerships with business leaders, product teams and technology stakeholders
- Manage budgets, vendor spend and licensing costs for supported platforms
- Support enterprise cloud transformation and platform modernization initiatives
What they’re looking for
- Bachelor's degree in information systems or related field, or equivalent experience
- 6 years of IT experience supporting enterprise data, analytics, BI, integration or data platforms
- 2 years of leadership or people management experience
- Understanding of BI and analytics platforms, data integration/ETL, and cloud data platforms
- Experience with incident, change and problem management
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
Nice to have
- Experience with platforms like BigQuery, Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Cognos, Informatica, DataStage, SnapLogic, Qlik Replicate, Denodo or SAS
- Experience leading cloud migration and platform modernization
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, infrastructure as code and observability practices
- Experience in healthcare, PBM or other regulated industries
- Experience supporting distributed and remote technology teams
