About the role
This full-time Business Promoter role is for an early-career sales and field-marketing professional working across Chennai and Coimbatore. You will promote pet-care products, develop outlet and customer relationships, generate leads, support orders and report market feedback.
What you’ll do
- Promote the company’s pet products to customers and pet businesses.
- Visit pet shops, veterinary clinics, groomers, breeders and related outlets.
- Find new leads and potential customers.
- Explain product features, prices and offers.
- Follow up with prospects and convert opportunities.
- Maintain product availability and visibility at partner outlets.
- Coordinate orders with distributors, retailers and internal teams.
- Conduct demonstrations, promotions and customer-engagement activities.
- Collect customer feedback and market information.
- Track competitor products, pricing and promotions.
- Work toward sales and outlet-addition targets.
- Maintain visit, lead, follow-up and sales reports.

- Zero to two years of experience in sales, business development, field marketing or customer engagement.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Convincing and negotiation ability.
- Willingness to travel and make regular field visits.
- A target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office or Google Sheets.
- Interest in pets and pet care.
Nice to have
- Experience in pet products, FMCG, veterinary products or retail sales.
- Experience representing a company at pet-related events.
