What you’ll do
- Review EOBs and ERAs to identify payment and denial issues
- Submit, scrub, and follow up on primary and secondary claims
- Resolve rejections, denials, and outstanding balances
- Maintain billing notes and support assigned client accounts
What they’re looking for
- At least three years of U.S. medical billing or RCM experience
- Experience with claims, denials, collections, EOBs, ERAs, modifiers, and payer portals
- Strong written and spoken English
- Ability to manage work independently
Nice to have
- OBGYN billing experience
- High-volume billing experience
- Experience with eClinicalWorks, Aprima, Medisoft, Veradigm, Nextech, CureMD, Office Practicum, or NextGen
- Prior remote-work experience
