What you’ll do
- Prepare customers for instrument validation and complete validation studies.
- Set up and calibrate instruments and conduct precision studies and method comparisons.
- Train customers to operate instruments correctly.
- Answer assay and quality-control questions through onsite and remote support.
- Partner with technical support, field service, sales, and customer-training teams.
- Address performance and operational questions in line with specifications and regulations.

- Hold an associate degree.
- Have at least three years of combined experience in laboratory or diagnostic instrumentation, or a related field.
- Understand diagnostics or healthcare with emphasis on laboratory regulatory requirements.
- Hold a valid driving licence with an acceptable driving record.
- Be able to travel up to 95%, including overnight domestic travel and occasional international travel.
- Be able to lift or move up to 50 pounds and perform the listed physical tasks.

- Hold a bachelor’s degree.
- Have a Medical Laboratory Science background.
- Know laboratory quality control, recordkeeping, and regulatory requirements such as CAP, CLIA, or COLA.
