What you’ll do
- Design and build production-grade RAG pipelines
- Fine-tune large language models for voice bot and chat bot experiences
- Architect and ship scalable REST APIs with FastAPI
- Own the full lifecycle from design through production deployment
- Build multi-step agentic AI workflows with LangChain and LangGraph
- Productionize AI models for reliability, observability and enterprise-scale performance
- Collaborate with product, data science and DevOps teams on architecture and roadmap
- Improve reliability and performance of AI-powered features

- 5-7 years of Python engineering experience
- Hands-on experience building RAG applications in production
- Hands-on experience fine-tuning LLMs in production
- Comfort with FastAPI and experience with Kubernetes
- Ability to take AI models from prototype to stable production
Nice to have
- Experience building voice bots or conversational AI products at scale
- Experience with MLOps tooling and model observability
- Experience with A/B evaluation frameworks
- Ability to explain project scale and architectural decisions
