About the role
This onsite Senior LLM Engineer role is for an experienced AI engineer based in Ahmedabad or Pune who can build production agentic systems. You will lead the technical design and rollout of LLM-powered workflows that coordinate models, tools, data pipelines, and multiple agents. The work includes evaluation, operational monitoring, security, and responsible-use considerations for enterprise deployments.
What you’ll do
- Design and deploy autonomous AI systems for production use.
- Architect multi-agent workflows with LLMs and external tool integrations.
- Build and improve data inference and orchestration pipelines.
- Integrate AI capabilities into customer service, supply-chain, and decision-support workflows.
- Evaluate agent quality and debug workflow failures.
- Create monitoring for performance, reliability, safeguards, cost, and latency.
- Guide junior engineers and work across functions.
What they’re looking for
- At least 4 years of industry project experience.
- At least 1 year of LangGraph experience.
- Strong Python skills.
- Experience with LangChain or comparable agent orchestration frameworks.
- Experience using AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Knowledge of MLOps practices.
- Understanding of data privacy, model security, and AI regulatory considerations.
Nice to have
- Experience with Hugging Face, Neo4j, or knowledge graphs.
- Background in autonomous decision systems, anomaly detection, or process optimization.
- Publications, presentations, or open-source contributions related to agentic AI.
