About the role
This is a senior software engineering role for building AI, machine learning, and generative AI solutions in Gurugram, India. You will develop production AI applications and services while working with product, architecture, business, and engineering teams. What you’ll do
- Design and deploy AI, ML, generative AI, NLP, and automation solutions.
- Build AI applications, APIs, prompts, agents, and orchestration workflows.
- Create prompt engineering, RAG, vector search, and knowledge retrieval capabilities.
- Develop data pipelines for model training, inference, monitoring, and improvement.
- Connect AI services with enterprise applications, databases, web services, and cloud platforms.
- Evaluate, test, validate, and tune models for accuracy, reliability, performance, and cost.
- Apply security, privacy, fairness, explainability, and governance controls to AI systems.
- Monitor production systems and resolve performance issues.
- Document designs, architecture decisions, operating procedures, and engineering practices.
- Contribute to code reviews, DevOps, CI/CD, and agile delivery.

- A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, data science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 3 years of software engineering experience using Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar languages.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience building AI, ML, generative AI, or LLM applications.
- Experience with LangChain, Semantic Kernel, LangGraph, CrewAI, or an equivalent framework.
- Experience using Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, or similar AI services.
- Experience with REST APIs, microservices, cloud-native development, and containers.
- Knowledge of prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and AI evaluation.
- Understanding of software engineering fundamentals, testing, design patterns, and secure coding.
- Experience with Git, GitHub, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
