What you’ll do
- Develop machine learning models and optimization strategies for advertising problems.
- Build models that interpret visual, audio, and textual ad content across languages.
- Run A/B tests, analyze results, and use data to guide decisions.
- Work with software and ML engineers to take models into production.
- Improve the scale, efficiency, and automation of ad-serving and model-deployment systems.
- Partner with senior stakeholders on the strategy for ML-powered ad serving.

- Have a master's degree or higher and at least four years of relevant technical experience.
- Apply strong computer science fundamentals and algorithmic reasoning.

- Define useful KPIs and objective functions.
- Program in C, C++, Python, Java, Perl, or a similar language.
- Work with production ML systems and large-scale advertising problems.
