About the role
This is a customer-facing Solutions Architect role for an enterprise data-labeling and evaluation platform used by AI teams. It suits someone who has run technical pre-sales and stayed on through onboarding, integration and long-term support, working with ML engineers, data scientists and MLOps teams. The position is open to candidates anywhere in North America.
What you’ll do
- Partner with Account Executives on technical discovery, demos, architecture reviews and proofs-of-concept
- Guide customers through installation, secure configuration and deployment across cloud, on-prem or hybrid environments
- Architect integrations between the platform and customer ML pipelines, storage and enterprise systems
- Build custom scripts, plug-ins and APIs to extend the platform for specific customer needs
- Serve as the senior technical escalation point for assigned accounts
- Deliver enablement workshops and documentation for customer teams
What they’re looking for
- 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer or Professional Services Engineer
- Hands-on experience building data annotation/labeling pipelines or working across the ML lifecycle
- Experience integrating SaaS platforms with ML pipelines, including deploying models or preparing datasets
- Fluency in Python, REST APIs, and Linux/Unix and Docker
- Track record running technical discovery, demos and proofs-of-concept through to onboarding and troubleshooting
- Strong executive presence and written communication across technical and executive audiences
Nice to have
- Kubernetes experience
- JavaScript, CSS and HTML
- Experience building against multiple client APIs and SDKs
What’s on offer
- Base salary $122,500-$143,500 USD depending on experience
- Variable compensation with anticipated on-target earnings of $175,000-$205,000 USD
