What you’ll do
- Coordinate solution development and architecture management processes
- Interface with business developers, account managers and executives on solution strategy
- Support solution-selling activities to align marketing, sales and launch plans
- Research business trends and preferred architectural frameworks
- Help build financial models and solution business plans for clients
- Work across cross-functional teams to keep solution design and messaging consistent
- Evaluate business requirements and market timing to shape delivered solutions
What they’re looking for
- 8+ years in Big Data, database and enterprise data architecture with Python, Java or Scala
- 5+ years architecting and maintaining enterprise data lake platforms on Spark or Hadoop
- 3+ years implementing cloud-based systems, AWS and Cloudera/Databricks preferred
- Strong SQL skills including data governance, cataloging and visualization tools
- Broad knowledge of data modeling, dimensional models, ETL/ELT and change data capture
