What you’ll do
- Influence the use and application of analysis across the business
- Partner with stakeholders to translate data and business needs into specific analyses
- Conduct quantitative analysis of user behavior to uncover issues or opportunities
- Collaborate across teams to infuse strategic research with quantitative insights
- Communicate insights to stakeholders with a data-driven point of view
- Own the development of scalable data assets across an enterprise-scale environment
- Inform near-term operational decisions and product roadmaps with reproducible analysis

- Experience building commercial models such as ROI or LTV and forecasting trends
What’s on offer
- Annual cash compensation range of $118,500 to $189,600, including base salary, on-target commission and bonus target
- Eligibility to participate in HubSpot's equity plan for restricted stock units
